The thankless work
Re-keying eats the time you need for analysis.
Copying out team sheets, merging exports, keeping a spreadsheet alive. Hours taken from the ones that should go into preparing the week — yours, or your assistant's.
Decision support · semi-professional clubs · academies
A match, a set of minutes, players coming off fresh or broken: every weekend your season is written down somewhere. By Monday it has already gone. MyMister keeps it and reads it back to you every week: the squad as it is, not as it is remembered. It documents, you decide.
Free Lite plan, no card required · 3 minutes per match · no sensors to fit
Most coaching staffs start with load monitoring: one notification after the session, two taps, and nobody left to chase. It is free, and it is the part that lasts longest.

You
Is Rocher cooked, or do I start him on Saturday?
@strength-and-conditioning
Rocher has played three matches without enough recovery and his load is climbing faster than the rest of the group. Physically he is fine for Saturday — it is matchday 14 where the risk moves to. Which one you protect is your call.
@analyst
For information, in the same position: Diallo is at +6.1 SFI over four matchdays and has never started. I am flagging it, I am not deciding for you.
The Virtual Staff documents. You decide.
What the week actually looks like
Depending on the club, the staff is a head coach and one assistant, or a handful more. Either way, the same thing is missing: somebody whose job is to consolidate the season, week after week. The problem is not a shortage of data. It is the time to read it properly.
The thankless work
Copying out team sheets, merging exports, keeping a spreadsheet alive. Hours taken from the ones that should go into preparing the week — yours, or your assistant's.
Scattered sources
Video in one place, GPS in another, the team sheet on paper, load in a spreadsheet. Nobody has time to line them up before Saturday.
Memory
Who was in form in November? Who has improved since January? And when a player asks why he is no longer playing, all the staff has to answer with is an opinion.
Whether you are on your own, or the assistant, the S&C coach or the analyst in a staff
MyMister replaces nobody. Where there is a staff, you are the one running it; where the head coach is alone, he is. It takes on the re-keying and the consolidation — the part that costs you your Sunday nights — and gives you back the time for analysis and for the pitch. It produces a picture of the squad that you correct, complete and take to the head coach. The reading stays yours — and it stays signed by you.
Load & prevention
Everybody knows RPE. Almost nobody sustains it across a season, because collection rests on paper, WhatsApp chasing and re-keying — after a month, half the squad has stopped answering. Here, the app goes to the player, not the staff.

The Virtual Staff has something to answer with
It documents, in plain words. You decide.
Nobody predicts an injury, and neither do we. What the tool can do: spot a player drifting outside his usual range and tell you while you can still act on it. Who plays and who rests is decided by the staff.
What the staff gets every week
GDPR & data ownership
RPE collection and weekly load monitoring are included in the Lite plan, at €0. It is usually the first thing a staff puts in place with the tool — and the only part that asks nothing of anyone.
The whole picture
MyMister builds your season's memory and hands it back readable every week: the SFI for what has been produced, Talent.AI for the level a player can reach, load for physical risk — all of it written up in plain words by the Virtual Staff. In practice, that arms the four decisions that come round every weekend.
Pick the side
Who is in form, who is playing on, who needs a rest on Saturday.
Protect the squad
RPE collected without chasing, cross-referenced with minutes: the players whose load is out of the ordinary, flagged early.
Develop players
Which young player is ready to step up, and what to say to him about it.
Account for it
A report you can put in front of the chairman, or in front of parents at youth level.
What it asks of you
Uploading the team sheet, reading it and writing it up all happen without you. What is left is validating the events — and that is it.

Per match. That is all we ask of you.
On the load side you have nothing to do: the app goes to the player. On the match side, validation is the only step that depends on you — and for a match whose events you have not kept in your head, allow for the time to find them again in your notes or in the video.
MyMister does not coach for you. It gathers, reads and formats what your season already produces — so that every decision is taken with the full picture.
Performance & potential · The two indices
It is calculated from the team sheet alone — line-up, minutes, events that you validate. You will have to defend it in front of a player who disputes it, so here is how it is built.
Part 1 · SFI · Performance
One index per match, accumulated across the season, built on 25 criteria — not just goals and assists. The model reads the strong signals, the decisive events, and the weak signals, everything that never shows up in a stat line. That is what makes a full-back comparable to a striker, and a holding midfielder readable despite an empty stat sheet.
Part 2 · Talent.AI · Projection
It places the player against his own division, the one above and the one below. Recalculated after every match: progress shows before the results do.
Method
A CIFRE doctorate with the URePSSS laboratory at the University of Lille is working through the 25 criteria that feed the indices. The work is ongoing: we claim no established validation, but the arrangement is formally agreed and the protocol documented.
In practice: two numbers per player — the SFI, what he produced this season; Talent.AI, the division he has the level to play in.
Talent.AI is in none of the coaching plans: it is a projection tool meant for chairmen and academies, presented separately. What you get inside MyMister is the SFI. What Talent.AI says — and what it does not →
What comes out of it
This is where your authority is really at stake: in front of the chairman asking for answers, in front of the player who does not understand why he is on the bench, in front of parents at youth level. You turn up with a record, not an impression.
End-of-season report
At the end of the season the report generates itself. Partner clubs use it to justify moving players up an age group and to frame end-of-season conversations. Included from the Staff plan upwards — collection itself stays free.
Player app
His score is never published unless he asks for it. Free app for every player at the club — and it is also how RPE is submitted.
The product, for real
Captures taken inside the application, with names and identifying data removed. Nothing here is reconstructed — we would rather show fewer screens, but real ones.
Coach workspace · on opening
The state of the squad written in plain words, and the three priorities for the week — each with the button that leads to the matching screen. Here, 9 injured out of 27: the tool states the situation and suggests where to start. What you do with it stays with the staff.

Squad · mapped by position, and the first eleven
Average SFI line by line — a goalkeeper at 12, a defence at 16, an attack at 14, comparable with each other. Then the eleven suggested for the shape and the intent you choose, with each player's trend: improving, steady, declining. Staff comments are tagged with @ and stay attached to the player.

End-of-season report · the decision map
Keep, back, still to decide, do not renew — each player with the reasoning: minutes played, output, where he sits relative to his level. And the sentence the tool writes itself at the top of the screen: “recommendations calculated from your data — the final decision is yours”. Drag a card from one column to another and it is marked “adjusted by you”.

Virtual Staff
Eleven specialists you call on with @ — strength and conditioning, doctor, analyst, recruiter, youth development, psychologist, nutritionist, goalkeeping coach. They answer about your players, with your data attached. At the foot of the screen, the sentence the tool displays itself: “Decision-support recommendations — the final decision is yours.”

Pricing
RPE, the week's load and the player app are free forever, with no cap on players: that is what takes weight off the staff from the very first session, and it should not depend on anyone's budget. What you pay for is what accumulates — the season's history, the report, the alerts. No commitment, cancel at any time.

And if you stop paying, collection does not stop: RPE, the week's load and the player app keep working. The history is locked, never deleted — you find it intact the day you come back.
No, and this is not a safety rail bolted on afterwards: it is how the product is designed. MyMister states the facts, shows the trends, flags the thresholds crossed and writes up a reading of your squad. There is no “do this” notification anywhere in it. The team, the rotation, the transfer window — that is your signature, not ours.
That is the real question, and the answer has two parts. Everything that comes from the team sheet does not depend on them: squad, minutes, SFI, first eleven and the end-of-season report all work with zero players signed up. Only load needs the squad, and it degrades proportionally: if fifteen players out of twenty-five answer, you are tracking those fifteen. That is why the response rate is on screen every week — so you know what you are standing on before you use it. Signing a player up takes two minutes and counts as consent; a player may decline, and he simply drops out of load monitoring.
No, and you will not be buying any on our account. The team sheet carries the squad, the minutes and the events: that is everything the SFI needs. Load is built on RPE, submitted by the player in a few seconds after the session. If your club has already invested in GPS, it plugs in and sharpens external load — it is never a prerequisite.
Two distinct regimes, and it is better to know before you start. Analysis of your squad — collective reports, indices, the season's history — stays with the club. Data belonging to each individual player is jointly held by the player and Sfeira: it remains his, the club accesses it within the sporting relationship, and nothing individual is processed without his explicit consent. Under-15s are excluded from the scheme — a legal constraint. And a player's score is never published unless he asks for it.
Three minutes per match: 30 seconds to upload the team sheet, fifteen seconds of automatic analysis, validating your events, one minute of reading. One manual action — ticking your events — and no spreadsheet to keep alive.
Who builds it
Your staff is about to hand us its team sheets and the physical state of its players. Here is what sits behind the tool, so that you know who you are handing them to.
Research
The 25 criteria that feed the indices are being worked through in a CIFRE doctorate with the URePSSS laboratory. The work is ongoing and the arrangement formally agreed — we will tell you what is established and what is not yet.
Method
Every Virtual Staff specialist draws on a knowledge base built with practitioners: RPE and load monitoring as a foundation that holds at every level, GPS data as an enrichment layer.
Publisher
MyMister is developed by Sfeira, a SaaS publisher serving sports clubs — ticketing, memberships, supporter engagement. One company, a named team, somebody to talk to when it goes wrong.
MyMister is a Sfeira product — sfeira.com
It gathers, reads and formats what your season already produces. The last word, on every player and every team sheet, stays with the staff.
